Port Macquarie is a coastal resort town located 4.5 hours drives North of Sydney. It is a popular tourist destination famous for its beaches and surf, and a climate that is noted to be one of the best in Australia. Flynn's Beach is arguably one of the nicest beaches in the area and is located five minutes from the centre of Port Macquarie. Set in this stunning location is a small surf club overlooking the beach, which is the part time home of the Port Macquarie branch of Tao Zen Wing Chun. Tao Zen Wing Chun Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 7.30 pm - 9.00pm in the Flynn's Beach Surf Club. (excepting public holidays and school holidays.) Flynn's Beach Surf Club. The naturally beautiful surroundings of Flynn's Beach, provide a perfect setting for Chi Kung (breathing exercises for health and energy). Additionally, Flynn's Beach faces East enjoying some of the most gorgeous sunrises you'll ever experience. As the sun breaks the horizon each morning, a wave of beneficial chi flows across the ocean and hits the coastline before spreading further inland. This makes Sunrise at Flynn's Beach an extraordinary place and time to practice Chi Kung. Sunrise at Flynn's Beach Sunrise Chi Kung Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on Flynn's Beach (weather permitting).
